Hawk Display Had a Trip & Ceremony in Hangzhou

On August 6, more than 180 staffs of Hawk Display took a two-day trip in Hangzhou. In this trip, besides seeing the beautiful scenery of some spots, Hawk Display had a celebration ceremony for the good harvest in the first half of the year.

The first spot is “Chuiyun Tongtian River” 

“Chuiyun Tongtian River” is an underground river surrounded by a mountain with typical karst landform, and which comes from crustal movement of hundreds of millions of years and other factors, such as volcanic eruptions. 

The length of this river is 4.5 meters. With the shining of colorful lights on different karst landform, the scenery is beautiful. With the slowly speed of the boat, you will feel poetic and comfortable. 

The second spot is “Longmen mountain drift”

In summer, the very cool activity is drifting. During this Hangzhou trip, Hawk Display had a drift at Longmen old town. The length of this drift is 1.7 meters, and there are 33 divide steps. The spillway dam water poured down and formed a water curtain wall of white. When your boat drifted with ultrafast water, it was absolutely exciting. Surely, it’s also interesting for you to have fun with others by pouring water.

The third activity is dinner and ceremony.

During the trip, Hawk Display held a ceremony to thank the staffs who had great contribution to company and gave small gold bars and coins to staffs who had worked in Hawk Display for ten years and more than 15 years. At the same time, Hawk Display held a raffle at scene. The whole night, all staffs of Hawk Display felt happy with smile.

The last spot is “Biyun jiuxiao cavity”

With rail train, you would arrive at the mouth of the cave “Biyun jiuxiao cavity”. Through the red lanterns in the corridor, is one of Asia's largest cave. The hole is beautiful. Different to the colorful scenery in “Chuiyun Tongtian River”, the scenery in here is more spectacular, and you can saw them closely.

Hawk Display Held 3 Major Activities in MoGan Mountain

During July 31 and August 1, Hawk Display organized its biennial tourism activities. During the trip, Hawk Display held the factory celebration and the awards ceremony of the first half year of 2014 and received good effect.

In the morning of July 31, more than 160 employees gathered at the old plant of Hawk Display in Zhonglou area. They got on four tourist buses and started their MoGan Mountain trip from Changzhou to ZheJiang. After three hours of journey, all staffs arrived at the destination, a hotel in Deqing town.

After a brief rest, Hawk Display began its awards ceremony activities of the first half year of 2014. The Awards ceremony of the first half year of 2014 is to celebrate the great harvest of Hawk Display in the first half year of 2014 and to thank the hardworking and loyal staffs. At the ceremony, Hawk Display mainly awarded these awards, the sales expert award, share wisdom award, the advanced quality of the team award, Mastermind Award, ten years old employees Prize etc. The awards are to encourage more staff to learn wisdom and share it with others; to make more staff recognize the importance of product quality; and to thank the efforts and trust of old employees over the years.

As the ceremony ended, Hawk Display’s factory celebration began. First, the new factory manager introduced the current situation of the new plant with more than 25,000 square meters. Then, Hawk's designing director showed the specific internal planning of the new plant and the external green ecological planning. What is more, the director talked about the unique advantages of the garage in the new plant, which can achieve parking on the top of the plant, using less land. Meanwhile, the new plant will carry on “5s” management, what means Hawk Display will comply with the "consolidation", "order", "cleaning", "clean", "literacy" strictly in order to improve the working environment, protect the safety of production, promote employee satisfaction and to provide the highest quality products and services for customers. The new plant is expected to be completed in March 2015.

On August 1, Hawk Display officially began its Mogan trip. In the morning, along the circled mountain road, the bus took all staffs to the depths of the woods in MoGan Mountain. There was an old house. First, all staffs visited this house where Mao Zedong used to stay when he worked in MonGan mountain in 1954. At same time, through many activity pictures of the leaders of the CPC Central Committee here, they experienced the working and living environment of Mao Zedong when he was here. Next, all staffs visited the martial arts village, where Chiang had worked at the Mogan. In addition, they visited the statues of Moye and Mogan and the pond where they created swords, and enjoyed the touching legend. In the afternoon, all employees came to the drifting place of MoganMountain, carried out the boat rafting and experienced the excitement of rafting with the cool air in the summer.

With three activities in two days trip, every staff of Hawk Display came back with smile.
