Hawk Display’s 38 Person Stood Out in First Changzhou Walk Activity

On 22^nd December, Changzhou first walk activity was kicked of in beautiful and low carbon Gehu park. And there were 38 employees from Hawk Display who participated in this activity and became the most walk enterprise team at scene.  

Walk activity is admitted to propaganda the life theme of low carbon and environmental protection and which called “Green walk, Good health!” And the theme is similar to the product theme “Green, low carbon and environmental protection” of Hawk Display.

At 9am, holding a banner in hand, wearing green coat, Hawk Display’s staffs started their journey of 10 km with sporadic light rain. In this team, some people come from the first production line, and some people who are senior executives. Besides young people, there were some older men.

Along the way, several people gone together, they encouraged each other and with high spirit, as if there was no the trace of weariness on the face.

One and a half hours later, everyone's journey of 10 km ended perfectly and gradually. Holding the medal in the hand, everyone smiled happily. This was a kind of joy, but also a challenge. Then, everyone took out the phone, taking photos with phone or helping others to take the photo to record this happy time.

We are from Hawk Display, and our sprints are on behalf of Hawk Display’s sprint. Though the walk activity was ended, but our sprint of “perseverance” “unity” and “advance bravely” will never disappear.

Three Teams Stood Out in Hawk Display’s Second Team Show

On December 20, HawkDisplay held its second team show at QingYe middle school sports stadium, ZhongLou area, Changzhou. There were eight teams from Hawk participating in the show and three teams were stand out with their creative performance, and which explained the team’s power, wisdom and happy well. And the whole hall was full of the applause and laughter.

First of all, it was team of “Hawk Guard Team”, who gained the champion again after the first team show. Hawk Guard Team, is a group of young teens from Hawk’s foreign trade team. The team call “I will protect the world of Hawk till the great wall pour” and the team song ”Strive, strive, Strive for ideal, Strive for goals”, which highlighted their love for hawk and showed the strength of team. Their team show showed the future electronic commerce incisively and vividly through innovation of electricity purchase, such as purchasing boyfriend and purchasing fertile land etc.

At the same time, the show combined the electronic commerce situation and hawk future well, which expressed the hawk's high emphasis on the road to the future electricity business. In addition, the program also interspersed the friendship between hawk and its dealers, and the introduction of the mature booth design software. The funny action and language showed the wonderful friendship with its dealers, and the super innovation of Hawk Display in exhibition display equipment industry.

“Hawk Elite Team”, was composed of a group of skilled personnel and the group of salesman in domestic trade. With powerful slogan, their consistent and powerful pace revealed their elite imposing manner well. What’s more, the concatenated dance added more color to their performance. And this in terms of the good combination between the popular dance “small apple” and its innovative, unique dance. With the energy and momentum, they won the runner-up at the end.

“Hawk Special Assembly Team”, was composed of a production team of Exhilite flexible booth and tool free light box. In this show, they showed their unique team spirit and strength with their personality and vitality.

When the song which filling of ambition and momentum started, the team waved Hawk big flag, and formed another magnificent team quickly. Then they shouted their slogan and target loudly, releasing their passion and vitality on team and work. In addition, they also carried out a cross-dressing performance, and the graceful dance gained smiles and applause constantly, becoming the third team in this team show.

Despite these three teams, other teams of Hawk Display also brought happiness with different slogans, dancing and singing, such as “Hawk Wind Team”, “Colorful God Team”, “Hawk Sunshine Team” etc.

Sales----the great and wise career

In my heart, sales has always been the most low in the workplace which has no dignity and ignored by the society. I believe that everyone is familiar to this sentence "if you really can't find a job, make sales", So there is no doubt that the sales has always been seen as a kind choice of desperate life.

However, As a non-sales personnel, I do really know the sale insight after two days of sales training. At this moment, I admire these people who worked as a salesman. Actually, salesman is not the people who without dignity,what is more, it's not easy to be a good salesman. Why? because the salesman is a great and wise people who is worthy of our learning, both for the sales staff and non-sales staff.

Great

There is a woman who is 40 years old, and as a sales staff in the hotel, she mainly sell hotel discount card. Among many sellers, she has the highest performance. Why? Due to people found that this woman is too great for her patience and insists through the research. In addition, her smile is worth learning too.

For this women, sale each discount card is hard to come. When seeing the people who sitting at the airport and waiting for the plane, she just squat down in front of he, giving the discount card to he and let him have a look, then introduces the discount card. When someone were angry, they would throw the discount card to the ground, but she was still pick it up and smiling to them, asking why they not buy and say the good function of it. In the end, she sold them due to her behavior was touched by customer.

Someone curious about her behavior and asked why she can also smile to the customer when suffering so much injustice? She replied that compared with injustice, her son get a good life and learning is the most important.
It reminds me of another sentence "Dignity? There is no dignity if you have no success. If you are successful, all the dignity you will have"


Wisdom 

Long time ago, there was a sales team who need develop new markets in monk temple? As we all known, the monk is not using a comb, how to sell it? It made a dilemma. However, a few people of sales team managed to sell the comb, one sold 1 and one sold 24. Shockingly, there is a person who sold thousands.

It turns out that the people who sold one due to there is a young comb who has boils on his head and need it to tickler. The people who sold 24 due to there is 24 statue of Buddha, when pilgrims who come here to fell down, they can use comb to comb their hair and make themselves more religious.

As for the last salesman, why he can sell thousands of the combs? Because he told the abbot that if he want to let every pious people keep a pious heart in every time and everywhere, he can make comb as a gift to each pilgrims. When they see a comb, just then remember giving like a Buddha.

Salesman is so smart, do you agree? In fact, the wisdom of selling is far more than these? Wisdom is not only come from creating demand, but also from the language of humor. There is a classic example, When you went out for expanding customer, you saw a boss and he shouted at you "who let you enter? I don't know you" what would you do? Maybe you would went out with pity.  But there is a salesman who smiled, closed the door, and went out. Then he came in and smiled too: "hello, you know me now." This is wisdom.

There are floors where posted a note "There is no visit if you have no agreement" , when saw the note, a lot of people were afraid to enter in, but there was a seller who came in and said with confident "I'm here to talk with your boss on big business, please give him a notice" "You have no agreement" "Today is agreement, tomorrow's visit" how clever and humor enough. What is a 10 inch golden tongue? Here it is.

Hawk display participate in training to enhance corporate culture

September 6, 2013, four new staff of Hawk Display Equipment Company and 42 important staff of another companies attended the ability and quality training courses at Changzhou Science and Education Town .This training lasted two and a half day, all of the people had an important study about how to develop their potential ability and strength of the team, as well as corporate culture.
