                       Who dare to bet, who is a great man

In my mind, I always think the word "bet" is a derogatory word. But now I changed the mind, I think this word is wonderful and great. Life needs gambling, only people who dare to gamble, who will achieve greater success.

Gambling

Why do people who dare to bet is a great people who can achieve big business? Because this kind of people is a man who dared to accept challenge, who is full of confident and has ideals firmly. Of course , this is not a sure for all who dare to bet, because there are some gamblers who know nothing about gambling but always indulged in it, they are simply stupid people who are considered as the most pathetic and most hateful people in the earth.

Dare to bet, knowing the gambling properly is first thing that we should  do. As we all known , gambling is an important way to make benefit double and double. It is a good way to be rich in quickly time. However, gambling is composed of four parts, one is the staff who participate in gambling, and second is gambling money or capital. Third, is the judges and notaries, the last need is the gambling direction. Only do this four hard conditions well, you will be successful at a bet.

Which is the most critical factors in these four factors? Gambling direction maybe is the most important, the gambling direction is equivalent to life direction, which is equivalent to your goal that you set too. And what decided content of your goal? It is your hope and affirmation of your development ability. Of course, gambling money or capital is also important. When you win in this gambling, you can gain doubling money or more than double. when you failure, you will lost all of them which as a severely punished to yourself. Surely, raising the stakes is recommended. After all, big investment will inspire you hard work more and force you to win more.

Gambling object is essential, then, how to choose your gambling object? Of course, choose the people who have more capital than you. Generally, company superiors, company boss are the preferred gambling object. Judges and notaries are also very important due to they are witnesses for you bet, they are the people who remind you that you have a bet and you will lost some important things if you not success constantly.

As an employee of Hawk display, I have a bet with my boss a month ago, but that is not a formal gamble, because as a gambling people, I do not need any gambling money, Maybe it is just an incentive and reward. My boss bet that if I can achieve the goal within a month, he would reward me five hundred of imported chocolate, if I can complete that goal within half a month, he reward me big red flower and bonus 500 yuan.

That is a challenge for me and it makes me a little stressful, but to complete the task within half month is not impossible..But in the end , I only succeed with some chocolate.. Sometimes I think this again, if I gave a bet to this that I would reduce salary 300 yuan if I couldn't finish the goal in half a month,maybe I had already get 500 yuan bonus.

So, There is no doubt that we need bet sometimes. Set goals, as a gambling direction, then bet with company. When complete the goals to enjoy the joy of success and benefits, when not, to accept the loss of your own interests... In this way, you can develop better in pace with development of the company, do you think so?

Surely, bet need you take some risks, and need your courage. Dare you to bet? Do you think such a daring gamble people is a man who can achieve big business?

Sales----the great and wise career

                    -----Today I understand sales truly 

In my heart, sales has always been the most low in the workplace which has no dignity and ignored by the society. I believe that everyone is familiar to this sentence "if you really can't find a job, make sales", So there is no doubt that the sales has always been seen as a kind choice of desperate life.

However, As a non-sales personnel, I do really know the sale insight after two days of sales training. At this moment, I admire these people who worked as a salesman. Actually, salesman is not the people who without dignity,what is more, it's not easy to be a good salesman. Why? because the salesman is a great and wise people who is worthy of our learning, both for the sales staff and non-sales staff.

Great

There is a woman who is 40 years old, and as a sales staff in the hotel, she mainly sell hotel discount card. Among many sellers, she has the highest performance. Why? Due to people found that this woman is too great for her patience and insists through the research. In addition, her smile is worth learning too.

For this women, sale each discount card is hard to come. When seeing the people who sitting at the airport and waiting for the plane, she just squat down in front of he, giving the discount card to he and let him have a look, then introduces the discount card. When someone were angry, they would throw the discount card to the ground, but she was still pick it up and smiling to them, asking why they not buy and say the good function of it. In the end, she sold them due to her behavior was touched by customer.

Someone curious about her behavior and asked why she can also smile to the customer when suffering so much injustice? She replied that compared with injustice, her son get a good life and learning is the most important.
It reminds me of another sentence "Dignity? There is no dignity if you have no success. If you are successful, all the dignity you will have"


Wisdom 

Long time ago, there was a sales team who need develop new markets in monk temple? As we all known, the monk is not using a comb, how to sell it? It made a dilemma. However, a few people of sales team managed to sell the comb, one sold 1 and one sold 24. Shockingly, there is a person who sold thousands.

It turns out that the people who sold one due to there is a young comb who has boils on his head and need it to tickler. The people who sold 24 due to there is 24 statue of Buddha, when pilgrims who come here to fell down, they can use comb to comb their hair and make themselves more religious.

As for the last salesman, why he can sell thousands of the combs? Because he told the abbot that if he want to let every pious people keep a pious heart in every time and everywhere, he can make comb as a gift to each pilgrims. When they see a comb, just then remember giving like a Buddha.

Salesman is so smart, do you agree? In fact, the wisdom of selling is far more than these? Wisdom is not only come from creating demand, but also from the language of humor. There is a classic example, When you went out for expanding customer, you saw a boss and he shouted at you "who let you enter? I don't know you" what would you do? Maybe you would went out with pity.  But there is a salesman who smiled, closed the door, and went out. Then he came in and smiled too: "hello, you know me now." This is wisdom.

There are floors where posted a note "There is no visit if you have no agreement" , when saw the note, a lot of people were afraid to enter in, but there was a seller who came in and said with confident "I'm here to talk with your boss on big business, please give him a notice" "You have no agreement" "Today is agreement, tomorrow's visit" how clever and humor enough. What is a 10 inch golden tongue? Here it is.
