Two principles to make you work better

I used to be very proud of myself and thought that I would be a good worker who
would be liked by every colleague and every boss, because I've received good school education for decades. But in reality, we are all that new worker who is always suffered from frustration and not welcomed well by the Boss and other colleagues in the TV show.

The saying goes well, "There are people who can grow and turn mature quickly if suffered from many setbacks in life." Yes, it is because of one-year experience in work, I've learned the better way to get along with others. In a word, to become the best worker, two inseparable principles, one called admitting responsibilities and saying after thinking twice; the other is to communicate and solve the problems perfectly when encountering the problems.

What is admitting responsibilities? Remain silent, which means not to talk back and listen to the admonition from boss or leader. When the bad things happen, all the reasons to explain are unuseful in the eyes of the leaders. At that bad moment, if you still use reasons to justify, it only can increase the anger of others and make the atmosphere more stiff and worse. The best wisdom way to do is to admit your responsibility, and it is time to think and think, why you are criticized by the boss? Where was wrong? Do you stand on the right position? May be you should think more and more before solving the trouble in the future. In short, no matter what critics you are suffered, do remember that admit your responsibility is the wisest choice.

Finding ways to solve problems is what we always do in life, but we are always on the preliminary stage to solve the problem and just to choose give up when we meet the block on the way to solve the problem. And later, when the boss talks about this problem, we are proudly stick to previous findings. In fact, it is more awful when you find problem but not solve it well in the eyes of boss. The work without results can only be illusory and just a waste of time and money. Faced with problems, it is important to learn to talk with others and then solve the problems step by step. Always remember the problem and follow-up question, then the problem can be easily solved, and only in this way, your ability can be truly reflected.

In fact, it is very common to suffer criticize in work and no one can avoid for this. But how to work and live better? I think admitting responsibilities and solve problems inevitably are the most important ways to work and along with others. If you follow these two principles well, your life and work will be much better.

Pay tribute to great bosses!

Now, when talking about big bosses, what I want to say is that many big bosses of company are so great, I admire them very much. It is time we should love our bosses more and learn from them well.

Last week, I and many colleagues attended one training on which my boss spend hundreds of thousands of money. To be honesty, It is my honor and lucky to be a staff of hawk display. Thanksgiving hawk display, which not only provide a good work environment to me but also let me attend some training which made me gain more wisdom in life and work. Today, I only want to share something I saw and heard at training about some big bosses.

First, for big bosses, they love learning very much. In training days, through training time is long and very late, all bosses,such as "night Shanghai" catering boss, Wuxi Yinbang aluminium boss, hawk display boss are learning and writing notes carefully in training scene. In addition, this training is divided into three levels, different employees received different levels of training, but bosses received all levels of learning. And I often see my boss learn wisdom by video and books in his office when others are off work.

Having universal love is second in common of Most bosses. In training, I heard many voices of big bosses from their heart. They blamed themselves not make a better life for their staffs, they blame not have a better communicate with some employees, they firmly believe that they will treat their staffs like a parent, leading everyone to get rich. Through their language, their facial expressions, I'm sure they are sincere, they are great!

"Dare to take on everything and no regrets" is another common of big bosses. In our training, there is a company team competition which symbolizing intense competition in society. When you are fail, you will accept the punishment, However, many times, it is the boss who accept punishment for us. They gave up the face, accepting the punishment silently with no regrets. As we all know, this is a simple simulation, it will be more brutal in real life. The bosses are so hard, they have heavy burden, they should be charged with everything for company and staffs. Let us pay tribute to the great boss together, let us struggle together with him and cheer for him.

They are simple and sincere. In a few days of training, I can see these big bosses everyday. If teacher did not invite them to say some words, it is difficult to know they are bosses due to they all dress simply and even some bosses are dressing staff overalls. There is no doubt that wearing can show a characteristic of a person in some degree. Simple dress, simple and honest people.
