Now, when talking about big bosses, what I want to say is that many big bosses of company are so great, I admire them very much. It is time we should love our bosses more and learn from them well.

Last week, I and many colleagues attended one training on which my boss spend hundreds of thousands of money. To be honesty, It is my honor and lucky to be a staff of hawk display. Thanksgiving hawk display, which not only provide a good work environment to me but also let me attend some training which made me gain more wisdom in life and work. Today, I only want to share something I saw and heard at training about some big bosses.

First, for big bosses, they love learning very much. In training days, through training time is long and very late, all bosses,such as "night Shanghai" catering boss, Wuxi Yinbang aluminium boss, hawk display boss are learning and writing notes carefully in training scene. In addition, this training is divided into three levels, different employees received different levels of training, but bosses received all levels of learning. And I often see my boss learn wisdom by video and books in his office when others are off work.

Having universal love is second in common of Most bosses. In training, I heard many voices of big bosses from their heart. They blamed themselves not make a better life for their staffs, they blame not have a better communicate with some employees, they firmly believe that they will treat their staffs like a parent, leading everyone to get rich. Through their language, their facial expressions, I'm sure they are sincere, they are great!

"Dare to take on everything and no regrets" is another common of big bosses. In our training, there is a company team competition which symbolizing intense competition in society. When you are fail, you will accept the punishment, However, many times, it is the boss who accept punishment for us. They gave up the face, accepting the punishment silently with no regrets. As we all know, this is a simple simulation, it will be more brutal in real life. The bosses are so hard, they have heavy burden, they should be charged with everything for company and staffs. Let us pay tribute to the great boss together, let us struggle together with him and cheer for him.

They are simple and sincere. In a few days of training, I can see these big bosses everyday. If teacher did not invite them to say some words, it is difficult to know they are bosses due to they all dress simply and even some bosses are dressing staff overalls. There is no doubt that wearing can show a characteristic of a person in some degree. Simple dress, simple and honest people.

The main success tips of well-known enterprises

Why do some companies can become big companies? Why do some companies can be famous enterprises?

All along, I admire the leadership of those big companies and very curious about how they are successful, but I did not understand for various reasons. But today I can confident to say that the formation of the most successful enterprises is inseparable from the wise strategy of company managers which can included into three main factors. Surely, this great found also need thanks to the work, learning and various experience in hawk display.

Which three main factors? First, the concept of in favor of others instead of the boss themselves in company. What's the mean of in favor of others? It means that the boss have the correct idea that not a single own profit, but to encourage employee gain profit and promote development together. How to realize this? Set sales targets, when complete the targets, increasing staff allocation in the excess profits to inspire staff enthusiasm.

Keeping a sense of integrity and responsibility is the second important factors. Do you know the China's famous "Zhou black duck" company? During a transit, many ducks meet some small problem, but the duck is still eatable. But this company destroyed all the duck which cause the company loss of more than seven hundred thousand. This is the responsibility and honesty. This is the purpose of serving the everyone and making their products light up world.

Finally, it is the wisdom of gathering strength from company employees. As we all know, the individual wisdom maybe limited, but the collective wisdom is unlimited. So use everyone's wisdom to achieve cut costs in resource recycling, water and electricity saving parts is very useful to make company to be more famous and bigger. Of course, all capital savings is the achievement of all staffs, so do not forget to share these savings income with company employees too.

In short, There is no doubt that the company which Loves learning, having a sincere desire to serve people can become a big and excellent company likely.

                       Who dare to bet, who is a great man

In my mind, I always think the word "bet" is a derogatory word. But now I changed the mind, I think this word is wonderful and great. Life needs gambling, only people who dare to gamble, who will achieve greater success.

Gambling

Why do people who dare to bet is a great people who can achieve big business? Because this kind of people is a man who dared to accept challenge, who is full of confident and has ideals firmly. Of course , this is not a sure for all who dare to bet, because there are some gamblers who know nothing about gambling but always indulged in it, they are simply stupid people who are considered as the most pathetic and most hateful people in the earth.

Dare to bet, knowing the gambling properly is first thing that we should  do. As we all known , gambling is an important way to make benefit double and double. It is a good way to be rich in quickly time. However, gambling is composed of four parts, one is the staff who participate in gambling, and second is gambling money or capital. Third, is the judges and notaries, the last need is the gambling direction. Only do this four hard conditions well, you will be successful at a bet.

Which is the most critical factors in these four factors? Gambling direction maybe is the most important, the gambling direction is equivalent to life direction, which is equivalent to your goal that you set too. And what decided content of your goal? It is your hope and affirmation of your development ability. Of course, gambling money or capital is also important. When you win in this gambling, you can gain doubling money or more than double. when you failure, you will lost all of them which as a severely punished to yourself. Surely, raising the stakes is recommended. After all, big investment will inspire you hard work more and force you to win more.

Gambling object is essential, then, how to choose your gambling object? Of course, choose the people who have more capital than you. Generally, company superiors, company boss are the preferred gambling object. Judges and notaries are also very important due to they are witnesses for you bet, they are the people who remind you that you have a bet and you will lost some important things if you not success constantly.

As an employee of Hawk display, I have a bet with my boss a month ago, but that is not a formal gamble, because as a gambling people, I do not need any gambling money, Maybe it is just an incentive and reward. My boss bet that if I can achieve the goal within a month, he would reward me five hundred of imported chocolate, if I can complete that goal within half a month, he reward me big red flower and bonus 500 yuan.

That is a challenge for me and it makes me a little stressful, but to complete the task within half month is not impossible..But in the end , I only succeed with some chocolate.. Sometimes I think this again, if I gave a bet to this that I would reduce salary 300 yuan if I couldn't finish the goal in half a month,maybe I had already get 500 yuan bonus.

So, There is no doubt that we need bet sometimes. Set goals, as a gambling direction, then bet with company. When complete the goals to enjoy the joy of success and benefits, when not, to accept the loss of your own interests... In this way, you can develop better in pace with development of the company, do you think so?

Surely, bet need you take some risks, and need your courage. Dare you to bet? Do you think such a daring gamble people is a man who can achieve big business?

At this time, I want to kiss my mom and want to thanks all of my relatives. So stingy I felt myself is, My love is too small for mom and relatives. However, their love for me is too great..

Today,I had a phone call with my brother,and my brother told me that he did a broadband,and this broadband is associated with some preferential activity that buying cell phone can be cheaper a lot of money.So my brother bought a very expensive but very good mobile phone.

Due to consider many reasons,such as he has a very good mobile phone, my mother's mobile phone is not well and she never used a high-end mobile phone, so my brother gave the phone to my mother though he very loves it too.

Heard these words, my first reaction was shock, even a little angry. I said to my brother:" you should not give the phone to mother, mother did not know how to use it and it will be a pity if she lose it." In fact, my mother is not old and her culture is not low,so there is no worry about lose and won't use.

But I still a litter worry.Then, I asked "mom has already used this phone?"My brother told me that my mother had saved the phone and she would use it after a month.

All of a sudden, I understand, my eyes filled with tears.After a month,is the day when I go home. I know that my mom is ready to leave the phone for me to use due to she always wanted me to have a better phone.

The great love of mother! And I Lost in thought:My mother bought expensive clothes,milk,delicious food and other good things for me, but I did what to her.the most expensive gift I gave to her just a few hundred dollars mobile phone.

I was too stingy,I feel to ashamed to hide my face. Mom,my dear mom, I am so sorry and I love you very much.It is time I really should change myself well.

I heard a very interesting story which is related to the state of mind. Maybe someone has already read it, but you can see again and tell yourself that the good state of mind is very important and good future come from good state of mind again.

A long time ago, there was a scholar who had failed two imperial examinations. One night before his third exam, he lived in a dilapidated teahouse. And he had a dream that night which including three parts. In the first fragment, he planted cabbage in the high wall. In the second fragment, he was already wearing a bamboo hat but he also hold up an umbrella in the rain. In the last fragment, he and a girl were sitting back to back on the bed, did nothing.

He felt curious, and always thought the meaning of this dream. However, the meaning is always unpredictable, so he came out and asked an old man that the meaning of the dream contains.

The old man thought for a while and gave him an analysis. He said, you would failed the exam again. First, it is unuseful that you planted the cabbage in high wall, did not wast time? Second, With a bamboo hat when you have an umbrella in rainy, did not superfluous? As for the last one that you and a girl sit on the bed back to back, not mean the game is over? Suddenly, Scholar felt frustrated and thought that the exam would failed once again.

Then, He went back to the teahouse, hold his parcel and decided to go home. The teahouse boss felt curious and asked him why went home rather than had exams. Scholar told his dream and words of the old man told. Teahouse Boss smiled and said:"you are wrong and you should take the exam" "Why?" becuase your dream mean that you can acquire fame certainly! You see, planting cabbage in the high wall means that "Gaozhong"? Wearing a bamboo hat and hold an umbrella means that you have adequate preparation? As for you and a girl sitting back to back on the bed suggested that it is time you have a turn."

The words of teahouse owner touched scholar deeply. He thought a while and said yes. . How can I not take an exam? So, he went into the examination room with a full passion. Finally, He won the third and gained success.

Maybe this is only a story, but The implication of its meaning is still applicable today. Good mind, good feature. For everything, we should have an optimistic mind, and believe that they will bring luck to me whether good or bad thing. For example, when you failed, you should stand up again because failure is just a challenge which will made you more strong. When you lose your job, you should think that there will be more choose for you and you can experience more fun of other work.

As the saying goes: "When Living close a door for you, it will open another door for you too" Yes, but it requires good state of mind.So, keep happy and optimistic mood, your future must be wonderful.
